    papá después de una vasectomia

Is it possible to have children after a vasectomy? The answer is yes! A lot of men choose the vasectomy as a contraceptive method once they decide not to have any more children. However, on some occasions they change their opinion and they wish to have a baby after the vasectomy. Now we are going to share a little bit of information about how this can be achieved.

At Advanced Fertility Center, Cancun our mission is to help different families to achieve a pregnancy and have a baby.

    What is a vasectomy?

is a type of birth control surgery done in men to avoid sperms trespassing so that a pregnancy is not generated.
During this medical process, the ducts that transfer the sperms from the testicles to the urethra are cut. This way there won’t be any sperms in the semen.

This procedure is effective against pregnancies, however it is effective against STDs. In addition, it is a low risk surgery.

    What procedure is done?

A testicular biopsy is a procedure where a small part of the testicle is taken, which is sent to an in vitro fertilization laboratory where they do a sperm test. This can be used for a fertility treatment.

One option for those couples who wish to have a baby after the vasectomy, is an assisted reproduction treatment.

The medics are going to help you to find the best solution for you and your couple

we invite you to read our entry: How is artificial insemination done? We think it could be from your interest.

After doing the procedure a semen analysis should be done to ensure that this has no sperms.

Now that we have shared some information about how you can have a child after the vasectomy and how this procedure is done. We would like to know what other questions or else you have about the topic and would like our specialist to answer. You can share them in the comments.
