Do you know what is and what to do during beta hCG wait? After your fertility treatment, many patients feel overwhelmed and don’t know what to do. This is why we want to share with you some information and some tips so you know what to do after you finish your treatment.

What is beta wait?
It’s the lapse of time between the end of the fertility treatment and the pregnancy test that measures the levels of the hCG hormone.
This period of time can be stressful for some patients so it’s recommended to lead a normal life as usual and avoid complete rest. This will help them reduce their mental workload and stress.
What do we recommend to patients?
It is recommended that patients plan some activities to do before starting their treatment for the end of their treatment. These activities will allow patients to distract themselves and have fun together. Don’t forget that the objective is to achieve relaxation.
